What’s on my mind today is to point out that money and sex are powerful portals for self-discovery, and to share a bit about my journey with both.

It’s Tuesday July 31, the last day of the three months of this Pop Up Play Ashram here in the Red River Gorge.

The more devoted I become to embodying yogic principles and lifestyle, the more my life changes, and my climbing along with it.

I have gotten crystal clear about what invitation I am making. For the next three months (May 1 - July 31) I am inviting folks to come live this ashram lifestyle with me, with the intention of learning, playing, and growing spiritually.
