Nervous System Reset Practice - in Nature
This is a brief example of how I work with the coherence of nature to reset my nervous system after a busy or intense day. We can intentionally shift from the activated state of hustle into a state of "rest and digest". I invite you to follow along with me as you head outdoors and practice also... or even just hang out with a houseplant or sit in the bathtub. Or, you may just get some relaxation benefit from just watching and closing your eyes and listening to what I am sharing, allow our nervous systems to co-regulate together.
