I'm laying on the floor and multiple "lovers" are pulling on me. One is pulling my hair, another one is trying to make out with me, and another is touching my breasts. They all want me. And I am surrendered, loving the attention and the desire.
I just realized that this is a scene that I want to play out at the upcoming erotic shadow work retreat. This scene is inspired by a pattern that has plagued me my whole life - feeling torn, pulled in lots of different directions, and wanting to spend time with more than one loved one, or more than one passion, more than one community, at the same time. This will be an experiment to see how this scene shifts this pattern for me! This work is powerful, it can just take one embodied experience like this to shift so much.
Tuesday is the last day for early bird tickets for the upcoming erotic shadow work retreat (May 1-4 in the Red River Gorge). This work has changed my life, and I can't wait to be held by Adam's facilitation, and to play with Lauren and the rest of the crew!
