Is this workshop right for me?

Possibly. This workshop is designed for folks who have a willingness to expand their erotic preferences. This may mean starting with small and gentle steps, such as simply sharing a “gourmet hug” with a new person. Participants will be reminded of their own personal agency and encouraged to change their mind at any time during any exercise or practice.

How spicy is this going to get?

Participants will need to be willing to witness nudity and genital touch, as experienced by people of all genders and persuasions. None of the practices are required.

What exactly happens at this workshop?

Opportunity for experiments that might shake up patterns and habits related to how we live in our erotic bodies, and the potential for healing in all aspects of our lives. There will be invitations for nudity, breathwork and erotic touch practices conducted in a safe, consent-filled, and carefully facilitated setting.

How is this different from a single gender “Celebrating the Body Erotic” workshop?

Obviously, there will be multiple genders and sexual orientations in the room. There will be opportunities to examine our habits related to preference and orientation in a safe space that may bring greater opportunities for awareness and expansion. The goal of this workshop is not to ‘change’ or influence your preferences, but to simply give opportunities to discover and notice new possibilities, and learn how our patterns may be limiting possibilities for greater expansion.

Am I supposed to find my inner homosexual / heterosexual / pansexual?

The invitation is to feel into how it is to be in our bodies – all filled with various kinds of powerful lifeforce energy – Sensual, Sexual, Erotic, Loving, Confident, Nurturing, Expressive, etc. This workshop will be an opportunity to find a way to meet and connect with a variety of bodies that may stretch us beyond our natural preferences, practice and habits. We’re not asking you to do anything you don’t want to do, but we are asking you to find the open-hearted courage and willingness to try new ways of connecting with others in a safe consent-filled container, and be open to the awareness and expansion it may bring.
