Authentic movement & embodiment practice tomorrow morning! (online)

I know it's late notice, but I wanted to let you know that after taking a few weeks off, I am again guiding morning erotic practice tomorrow!

This is an hour long online practice, (from 8 am to 9 am eastern time) with the intention of connecting to your erotic energy - in whatever form it happens to take that day. The boundaries for this practice are that on-screen nudity is welcome but not necessary. We also ask everyone to maintain privacy around who attends practice each week.

This particular version of practice will involve some authentic movement - something I have been enjoying lately - as well as some breathwork and self-touch.
